Proceed with extreme caution if you buy from this company

I purchased a NuraSculpt product from NuraBeam. The band was very expensive and arrived in a destroyed box with no indication as to what was in the box and no instructions. My best guess is this product cost $10 to make and I paid $200. The materials are cheap and don’t look like the photos. A few things to note to help you understand this is a company that is not providing the product they say they are. 1) If you look at TrustPilot reviews, all of the five-star reviews are from people who have written only one review. Only writing one review can be an indicator of a fake review. I'm not saying the five star reviews are fake but after receiving my product it's hard to understand how anyone could give a rating other than one star. 2) Read Nurabeam's refund policy very carefully before you buy and notice that it is written in a way so they company never has to give a refund (all their products are always on sale, the product has to be returned with the box in perfect condition, they’ll decide once you return it if they will provide a refund). 3) Notice the site says the product has been seen in Glamour and Women’s Health. But you can’t click through to see the product in those magazines and if you search the product and the magazines you won’t find the product. 4) When you have to reach out to customer service, and you will because the product is nothing like what the website shows, you will be communicating with someone who has a gmail address not a Nurabeam address.

Fantastic customer service

Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have had from a company. I was lucky enough to deal with César who was just fantastic. Product arrived promptly and was packaged very well. Two days in on using the arm bands and I can’t wait to see results in the trot to distant future.

Possibly the best customer service…

Possibly the best customer service experience i have ever received from a company. Carla had excellent communication and every effort to go above and beyond. She made sure i was completely educated on the product before buying. I received the bands today and they are good quality and package was intact which is rare these days! This momma is getting her arms back!!😝

A huge waste of money

I am adding to this review based on the response from the company. There are no instructions whatsoever with this device. There is a power button (not obvious) but the device does not turn on with the power button. This product is a bait and switch. Avoid it unless you desire to throw your money away. I wish I could post photos so you could see how bad this product is. It looks nothing like what is on the website. The thigh band is 16 inches wide so it doesn’t fit around even tiny thighs. There is a one inch wide strap provided to attach the band to your thigh but it does not work. There are no instructions. After charging the band I tried every button to turn it on but nothing works. I emailed the company twice for instructions and got a response to send them a video. In addition, the beat up box doesn’t say what the product is and the QR code on the box doesn’t link to anything. This is an incredible waste of money.

I really feel it working

I really feel it working. I got the pro plus arm bands. My friend told me about these and that she was having great results so I devised to try it and i feel it working. The heat is feels soooo good and relaxing

I LOVE IT

I LOVE IT. Ive only been using it for like 1 month and i did see a diference in my waist. I had Twins so my belly was very stretched out and i had a lot of sagginess and stretch marks. Stretch marks are almost all gone and the belly is defenitely more tighter. I will say that the red light enhanced does run out in like a month so just know that.

I got the 2 thigh bands pro plus and…

I got the 2 thigh bands pro plus and i've noticed less cellulite and my legs are also firmer. My husband noticed too! I've only used them for 3 weeks but i'm very excited with the results. I'll also be getting the arm bands for me and my mom! They had fast delivery and I'd recommend nura beam. Very happy with my purchase

It Works!

I love my NuraBeam arm bands! I’ve been using them almost every day and I can actually see a difference in how firm my arms look. At first I wasn’t sure they’d work but after a few weeks the saggy skin started tightening up and even my husband noticed. I also had a small question about how to use them and customer service got back to me right away, super helpful and polite. It’s so easy to just strap them on while watching TV and I feel like I’m finally doing something that works for my arms. I’ll definitely keep using them and I’m already looking at getting the thigh wraps next!

Received a set of outdoor solar lights…

Received a set of outdoor solar lights instead of Nurabeam product ordered. Contacted Nurabeam by email and received a reply acknowledging incorrect item delivered and that my order would be reshipped via priority. I have emailed twice since to get the new tracking number but no response. I don’t think anything was reshipped. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Nurabeam. I see now this company replied a priority replacement was shipped. That is incorrect as if it were priority the tracking number would have been supplied within a few days. I tried multiple times to reach out for the new tracking number and no response. That is why I submitted for a credit card dispute because no replacement was shipped and 2 weeks passed. I could only assume this company was just stating that to keep my payment. My original order shipped within a few days with a supplied tracking number. So a priority shipment definitely should ship and tracking number supplied at same if not less timeframe. I do not trust the word of this company and now trying to twist facts. I have all email documentation as well. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I see a new response. If a replacement was sent as stated then why was there never a new tracking number supplied by this company. I asked for this information multiple times as they said a replacement had shipped. No replacement was ever received so they must have a way to recall the shipment.
