Pure scam!!! First of all, the products are just cheap junk from China. It takes more than a month to receive your order. There is no logo or name anywhere, not even on the box. It's worth absolutely nothing!!! And as soon as they have your credit card details, they take extra money from your account. They took almost €300 from me. Please don't buy any products from them, they are real crooks!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM NURABEAM!!! I ordered the arm band and the thigh band. I figured I would try the arm band for 30 days first before using the "unopened, unworn thigh band". The arm band did not work, so according to their "return policy from the product website, they "welcome returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, if unused and unworn". Well, I have tried to return my thigh bands for over a month and they will not accept it back. In addition, they billed me $399.99 for the red light intensifier and cream and I never received the items!!!
I bought the neck wrap mostly out of curiosity because I read about red light therapy in dermatology journals. Surprisingly, it’s not just hype it works. My skin texture under the chin is firmer, the horizontal neck lines are lighter, and I look more refreshed overall. It feels like an at-home spa treatment with visible results.
My first purchase from NuraBeam was the Lipowrap for weight loss. After reading about the technology, I wanted to test it out for myself. I would wear it at night as I watched TV (not always before a workout, like they suggest). To my surprise, it didn't just help me crank up my metabolism, the heat also helped me relax, soothed my lower back pain, and helped me fall into a blissful sleep. I was all-in on the red light craze! Next, I purchased the face mask, red light mat, and neck wrap. Those are fabulous as well, but I don't use them nearly as much as my Lipowrap. To burn calories, the belt is amazing, but it does take commitment to use weekly. If you love heat, you will love it! You will sweat like mad and I recommend to start slow and low (15 min, low heat) then work your way up to Scandinavian sauna-detox levels. The face mask is great for acne break outs (blue light) and regular use of the red light seems to help my complexion overall. The science behind red light is improved wound healing and that might translate to anti-aging, but no real data on wrinkles that I've seen (I'm a dermatologist, so I read the science). I realize these products aren't affordable to everyone, but they have helped me in various ways. If I could only pick one though, the Lipowrap is a home-run for all of my issues (hits on weight control, relaxation, and pain management)
Between school runs, work, and making dinner, I don’t have time for the gym. I strap the NuraBeam arm bands on while helping with homework. It’s the only “multitasking workout” that actually works my arms are tighter and my daughter told me I look “less squishy.”
I gave three stars because after consistently using my Pro Plus since the middle of July - I haven’t missed more than 10 days total - I am beginning to feel results. Everyone is different, but it’s hard to believe people see a REAL difference in 30 days. I purchased two Pro Plus thigh bands earlier this year so I could do both legs at the same time. I also purchased the warranty. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the bands look nothing like the pictures shown on Instagram and FB. I believe it is false advertising.I emailed NuraBeam on 11/03 and again a couple of days ago regarding a replace part (battery). The website says they generally respond within 72 hours, but I’ve heard nothing. If anyone from NuraBeam is checking reviews, please respond and let me know when I can expect to receive my battery. Thank you.UPDATE: NuraBeam reached out within an hour. I appreciate it.
I ordered a pair of thigh band pro plus on 10/16/2025 at $599. See a price reduction to $469.99 with coupon code FALL10. Emailed customer service by contact us on their website and by replying to the order confirmation email on 10/18/25. No replies at all. The pair of thigh band arrived 10/24/2025. It looks totally different from their website. With no brand name on the band itself, on the instruction menu or even on the package. The band material is cheaply made, the LEDs are of different qualities compared to the JOVS and MEGELIN products that I used. The thigh band cannot even fully wrap around my thigh. I am a US SIZE 0. It comes with a separate Velcro strap to wrap the band around your thigh which was so inconvenient. I didn't expect I am paying this pair of garbage for $599.On the website, it states standard version with 120LEDs, Pro version with 180LEDs, Pro Plus version owith 240LEDs. I counted the numbers of LEDs and it is 120 per leg pad. So I want to clarify with Nurabeam that I am receiving the right product.I contacted customer service through their website, and also by replying to order update emails several times. No replies at all!!!I filed a dispute with CITI, my credit card company on 10/27/2025. I gave them all the information and emails I have sent to Nurabeam regarding my purchase. And that I never receive any responds from them and suspected that this company is a scam.CITI sent me an update that they have contacted the merchant, that is when Nurabeam finally replied my message back from 10/25/2025.They told me that the device I received is the Pro Plus model. There is 120 visible LEDs and additional invisible LEDs. I couldn't believe them as I have been waiting for a month for a simple reply. And that the LEDs are INVISIBLE!I requested to to a return, and they said they are unable to issue a refund for devices that have been used. I told them I didn't use them as I think they are not the products I originally bought. And I have been waiting for their replies!!!I send them the return policy from the product website. YES, WE WELCOME RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR A FULL REFUND, EVEN USED AND OPENED PRODUCTS. PLUS, WE COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, MAKING YOUR EXPERIENCE HASSLE-FREE.Awaiting for their reply..People, go straight ahead to file a dispute, they will only contact you when the credit card company contact them!!!
This was the first time using a waist wrap after giving birth. After my second baby, my stomach just wasn’t the same. I had loose skin, stretch marks, and that stubborn pouch. I’ve been using the Nurabeam waist wrap for about 2 weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference. My skin feels firmer, and the marks have definitely faded away. Thanks!
Happy with the results so farbeen using the neck wrap for 3 weeks. The first couple days I wasn’t sure if I was putting it on right, but once I figured it out it’s actually super easy. I usually wear it while watching Netflix and forget it’s even on. And my jaw skin is SO MUCH tighter. The most difference i saw was in my profile. It looks a lott better.
