Okay so I ordered the arm bands and they arrived within a week . I made sure I didn’t tick the free items because of the expensive subscription. Luckily the “shop” app mentioned my subscription and knowing I didn’t sign foranything, I checked my account . Sure enough 2 subscriptions were showing at £200 each . These were easy to cancel, but should never have been there.
This is a real shame because the actual arm bands work brilliantly . I use 6 days a week for 20 minutes and I have lost 2cm on each arm in three weeks
The company charged me £400 for items I did not subscribe for after my purchase!!! Despite multiple attempts to contact them they still have not issued a refund. I will be pressing charges. This a terrible company and terrible business practice!!
Total scam. They sneakily subscribe you to recurring monthly payments of AUD$600 ... who in their right mind would willingly sign up for that - for a serum??? Then when you contact them about a refund, they seem responsive and nice but nothing happens. It's been 15 working days since they promised me a refund would arrive, and nothing. In the meantime another cheeky subscription appeared on my account, only for USD$23 this time (thank the lord) so I've had to ensure they have no way of accessing any of my accounts moving forward. Not to be trusted - they say they're about health and wellness, but that's a blatant lie. It's a scam to make money. Don't buy.
Didn’t receive items and sent numerous emails requesting tracking number
Am on day 9 and item has not even been shipped. Delivery is suppose to be 10- 14 days
Requested a refund got crickets on all emails so now disputing with the bank

I absolutely love my Arm Bands. Before bed, I wear them on my arms where I have stubborn fat and loose skin. They are incredibly relaxing and comfortable to use. I’ve noticed visible improvement around my stretch marks, and with consistent use, you can really feel the difference as your arms start to look more toned and firm. Trust the process — consistency is key.
I feel completely taken advantage of. It was originally priced at $183 and has now dropped to $107 for the pro plus waist and thigh, which is exactly the same item I found on another platform for just $99! If I could, I would give zero stars! Avoid paying inflated prices and skip the expedited shipping or warranty options. It's just not worth it.
Just browsing the website gives off a suspicious vibe! The "awards" displayed have several misspellings! Seriously?! If you can't even manage to spell correctly in the so-called awards you've supposedly received... then something is definitely off! With tools like autocorrect and spell check available, if you can't ensure proper spelling on your public-facing website, what can we expect from your actual products? I WILL NOT be purchasing anything from a company that can't spell basic words correctly! 😩😒👎🏾
