I bought the arm bands for reference. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and even more pleased with the results. I have only been using it for about 3 weeks but have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. It is much tighter and the circumference is smaller. So many times in the past, I have tried other products that purport to have amazing qualities only to find that they didn’t work. This hasn't been the case with NuraBeam. I will definitely be ordering again!
Postpartum, I was desperate to tighten the loose skin around my belly, and I came across nurabeam's ads on Instagram. I saw that Paris Hilton also uses it so I immediately ordered it. The waist band fits perfectly and has adjustable size and different intensity levels. I do 20 minutes a day while reading or watching my TV series and my lower abdomen feels firmer to the touch. It's gentle enough not to irritate my still-sensitive skin. Also, does the double chin wrap work for men? My husband has a double chin but is unsure if it'll work. Thank.
So I’m going to be honest with you, when I first bought my NuraBeam arm bands I said well there’s nothing to lose because I’ll just video myself for 30 days and when I don’t lose an inch I’ll get my money back. Because haven’t we all bought a product and it just didn’t work, so I figured the same thing with this. Well, I was wrong, on my 25th day i lost an inch off each arm. I love that I can use it while doing chores around the house. This is the best product I’ve bought for my weightloss journey because it’s easy to stay consistent with the guarantee.

ok so i never write reviews but i feel like i have to. my arms have been my biggest insecurity since forever. like i’d avoid wearing sleeveless tops even in 100 degree weather bc i hated how they looked.when i bought these bands i didn’t really believe they’d do anything. i just thought whatever, one more try. i almost cried the other day bc i looked in the mirror and for the first time my arms didn’t look so… soft? they looked a little tighter. i know it’s not some crazy overnight change but it’s the first time i felt hopeful in YEARS. so yeah this means a ton to me, thank you nurabeam
okay so I've been using the waist band for a couple weeks. My skin does feel a lot tighter after each use and i am seeing a more toned appearance. I recommend not setting to the highest level because it can be to much. I catch myself just doing it multiple times a day because it just feels amazing to use it. also, they don't talk about this but the band gets warm and is sooooo relaxing omg. it even helpes me with my back pain. I'll probably get the neck wrap next once i receive my next paycheck. Regarding the order it came in a reasonable amount of time and well packaged. Haven't had any communication with support so i cant comment on that.
I was nervous after reading some mixed reviews, but my experience has been fantastic. My order arrived in 8 days, the NuraBeam packaging looked premium, and the bands feel high quality. When I had a question about using them (I have sensitive skin), support responded the same day and walked me through everything step by step. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had online. I'll update with results in a month, but so far I'm impressed and relieved that everything went smoothly.
I received the bands today and they are really good quality. I am a bit skeptical but excited at the same time. Carla from support asked me to write this review, and their suport is indeed really good and made sure their product was safe for me ( i have eczema). I just noticed some people say the package isn’t branded but it does say NuraBeam in the back.
I wish I could give them zero stars! They are scammers!!! Buyers beware. I ordered from them back in June 2025 and still no product as of August 2025. After numerous e-mails to them with no answer, someone finally responded and offered to send me another product, for which I reluctantly agreed. After weeks of waiting and no communication, I reached out numerous times again, with no response. I'm now disputing the credit card charge. SCAMMERS!!!!!Update: Don’t believe their B.S. folks. They are liars and scammers. They make promises they don’t keep. Happy to respond to you. The first I’ve learned of a shipment is through Trustpilot! You have failed to bother to respond to ANY of my emails requesting an update… ANY UPDATE! Your customer service is the worst. Silence is no way to treat customers. Now, queue your long, helpful sounding response. You’re liars and scammers. Let me offer a correction… the first I’ve heard of a tracking number is through Trustpilot.I received no such email in my spam folder or any other folder. I suggest you check YOUR spam folder for my repeated requests for information. BTW, there are also at least three emails demanding my money back!Once again, no email was received as claimed on August 12th. I learned of a tracking number when NuraBeam responded to this post. I don’t want your product… a two month wait and countless emails later requesting a refund is just too much. All I want is a refund and for you to admit that your customer service is the worst. Period.
One star is an understatement for this company/products. I have sent numerous emails about my order and got zero responses. Didn’t receive my package for a full two months. I paid a lot of money to not get any package updates, delayed product, and not to mention products that don’t work. I’ve been trying for over a week to figure out my thigh pro plus pads. I think I got the wrong product plus the red light does not light up, no directions as well. It says money back guarantee if it doesn’t work but I can’t get ahold of anybody to get it sent back. Super glad I spent a hefty penny for the worst experience of an order.
