A follow up from previous reviews.After a long drawn out process of nurecover not working with myself and the card company, the card company found in my favour understanding the continued issues.Most importantly;Nurecover never addressed the data breach issues for all of my details being sent to as far known over 10 other customers and even more customers details sent to me with sensitive data.A request for a final position letter was both requested and then demanded and ignored so it could be taken to an adjudicator for decision and or lawyers.This in itself is breaking consumer law.It has also been noted that Nurecover is now using a stock image which can be purchased of a man dressed as a doctor saying he is Dr. Robert Clav and that he is their head of Science and Research. It is appreciated that this could be legitimate and that they just used the man's stock image, but is put into question as this man's face is used for different styles of stock images.I would like nurecovers final position letter after the investigation which was requested many times so I can take it further for the high levels of data breaches.As an add on and response to nurecovers reply;This has been done by me and said by your company many times, you can only receive my phone number and order details through here. Furthermore no one checks the details of the case and all the proof emails sent to you properly. It's time someone did and sent me the FPL with all the proof you have now seen.
Ordered the steam sauna for my son for Christmas. Order process auto-added the ice bath (which I didn't want) but didn't notice until after my order processed. Immediately requested a refund and was informed the next day my refund would arrive in 15-20 days due to their payment policy. I was impressed with the supportive approach by the representative. At Christmas, my son informed me his apartment complex doesn't allow these type of products so had to return at my cost (never opened package). Customer service again indicated 15-20 days upon receipt and review. 5 days later they confirmed by email I would receive my credit within 15-20 days.All good so far. Customer service very responsive and kind. Then the nightmare begins. Emails and follow ups for the first credit led to nothing. Then the second credit deadline for the product return came and went. No credit. Finally called my credit card and provided all the correspondence and they got my money back. I cannot speak to product quality but the company is clearly using the float of their customers to cash flow their business. Shady.
