My wife recently purchased the sauna and ice bath from Nurecover after reading that sauna may improve cardiovascular function via improved endothelium-dependent dilatation, reduced arterial stiffness, modulation of the autonomic nervous system, beneficial changes in circulating lipid profiles, and lowering of systemic blood pressure. Why is that important, well at 48 years old I suffered a heart attack. I had full collapse/blockage of the “widow maker”.The sauna has been a life changer. I typically use it three to four times a week for about 20 minutes. We had an issue with our steamer and Nurecover’s customer service was very helpful. We were emailed right away that our replacement unit was shipped. Since having the sauna in our home gym area, the whole family is using it. My boys love it during wrestling season to help with weight control for duels.For the price, you can't go wrong with this unit. The advantages of having this at home is great. I wish we would have purchased it sooner.Thanks again Nurecover.
Update May 2024, steamer died...They sent a replacement CS really good & showed up fairly fast. The remote didn't work & they replaced it 2 more times - (June/July 2024) none worked. Then Sept the LED display busted - again contacted CS told not covered by warranty. Now once again the steamer has malfunctioned starts heating as usual... After a minute it shuts off. I have contacted CS & tried sending MSG in the contact us - no reply at all yet. Will update later. I have the ice plunge & last Christmas got the home sauna. They have both made a huge difference for me in recovery for not only muscles & relaxation but as a tools to aid in healing my nervous system. Only bummer is the relight sauna & discount ($100) came out within a month of my purchase!Bottom line-great cost & results. Affordable products for self care & wellness.
For the price it’s absolutely worth it. There are a few upgrades I’d like to see done on later models. But overall it surprised me how well it works. The steam device did break and short out, but Nurecover replaced it quickly. No questions asked. I haven’t tried the ice bath yet but it looks well constructed and have heard others say it’s pretty decent. The things to know is, it’s small. Not much you can do inside except stand or sit. I am able to do some stretching in there but not much at all. There is no light source so I bought a waterproof camping tent light for it. I’m not entirely sure how to clean it since it’s fabric so I use a mixture of vinegar and water and spray it down every 2-3 uses.The steam lines and diffuser can be removed and cleaned. I wash mine in the dishwasher. Or spray/soak them also and let them dry.Overall very happy actually and I would definitely buy one again, and do recommend it.
Purchased the Nurecover Tropic sauna and free ice bath 4 months ago. Not sure if there is a day I haven't used it. Great product. Did have a minor issue just this week, which was quickly resolved within the hour. The customer service representative(Daniel) was very helpful. Would recommend this unit to anyone.
