DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Avoid it’ll save you $170. It’s crap you can buy for $10 on cheaper platforms from China which I wish I knew beforehand. Absolutely disgusted in the company after my experience. I purchased an ice bath and the first item was faulty, sent it back then the replacement sent was faulty again. They offered to send me a replacement tap (“as a goodwill gesture”) which didn’t fix the problem. I email them asking for a refund because the product I paid $170 for literally isn’t in working condition and they say “every customer is only eligible for 1 replacement”. Fair enough if the replacement works but if I get sent ANOTHER faulty item that is not fair? I used the bath once in November and since then have been waiting for most of the time due to product/s being in transit. They’re accusing me of using the bath throughout this time when the baths have been faulty so would be impossible for me to do so. Save your $ and time.

The customer service was very responsive and answered all my questions. The sauna was exactly how it is promoted, the ice bath is great too. Overall this is a great, affordable option for a home sauna and ice bath.

So far I have used it a few times and already noticing my brown spots are getting lighter so think it works! It does die quickly so always having to charge it.

Great customer service

Overall, great customer service and resolved my broken steamer very quickly. I’ve used their steam sauna at a friends house and was super impressed by it so I got one. Highly recommend for a more affordable option.

Nurecover has great products

Nurecover has great products! I purchased one regular and one XL cold plunge for my wife and myself. I enjoyed the cold plunge and the sauna so much, I purchased two more regular ones for my older kids, Thank You Guys
