I purchased a complete kit of sauna and cold plunge less than 10 months ago. 45 days ago the sauna heating unit has failed and for those 45 days I have been told it is under warranty an will replace but has not been able to contact their own shipping warehouse to issue me a new heating unit. Copious amounts of emails and still nothing ….at this point stay away.
The customer service is practically non-existent. The experience has been so poor from the start. Places an order on November 12th 2025, and at this rate I doubt I'll get it before the new year. Tbh the lack of customer service is inclining me to return this product as soon as it arrives.
I ordered my sauna on November 14th. I was told through shop that it would be here with free trackable shipping in 3-5 days. I was told later that it would be 7-14 days. It is now December 1st and I have only recieved the ice pod plunge. I have inquired on multiple occasions to the company about the status of my order. I get responses at 3am and have to wait for 24-48 hours for a response. I have also tried to contact through Instagram and get the same basic responses about how it's on its way and it should be here in another 2weeks. There is a 30 retunlrn period, but I'm guessing this is from the date of purchase so by the time I get this product the return window will be closed. This company is a joke and doesn't take its customers complaints seriously. BUYER BEWARE.
Terrible product! The claimed 185°F (85°C) is a complete lie. The heater is capped at 70°C!!! So will only ever reach maximum 65°C, nullifying all the benefits of a dry sauna.The 90 day money back guarantee is also a complete scam as it only applies to unopened items. Whose going to look at the sauna for 90 days and not open it. Ridiculous as it clearly states on the website if you're unhappy we will refund you. Customer service is like talking to an AI robot and keeps reiterating the same slogan. I'm going through my credit card company to retrieve the money.You've been warned: STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS!
Horrible company to deal with. They sent me the wrong sauna and I have been asking for weeks to get the one I ordered. They barely respond, with no action and now I am even dealing with AI bots that pose as people. I tried to return the kit (still haven't got everything and have the wrong one) but they charge a 20% restocking fee. Please avoid them like the plague. I was sold by some honest YouTube reviews but I wish I went with my gut about the horrible customer service. They're super pushy and friendly when it's time to sell but once it's time to deliver or respond they're horrible. I do not want any of their products in my home and I want my money back. I have wasted so much time and energy on this and am still in a loss. I will file a Visa chargeback as soon as it's eligible and hopefully be done with them forever. I hope they go out of business and stop scamming people, that's what they are SCAMMERS!!!
THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS AND SHEISTERS! I received a very cheap looking steam sauna with an red LED strip. I doubt it's actual medicinal quality red light. The material was very light, and the tubing was light plastic.there is no way this is getting to 155°. Besides, I wanted an infrared sauna. I contacted customer support and also completed a refund requests which stated I would be getting at least $300 of my $400 back and that they would send a return shipping label. That email never came. I check the return status, it says "returned". It takes them like 24 hours to respond at 3am or so. They are now saying they want to give me back only $70 and I get to keep the product. I don't want that cheap crap and it cost money to throw it out. That my friend is STEALING! They don't honor their guarantees. The refund policy on the shop app and the website are completely different. SCAMMERS AND SHEISTERS!
They font realy care about you at sll. They approved my money for the delivery whne ive asked them if they deliver it to my location. Not just that its a lie , ive nevere received my money back. They costumer service is one of the worstive ever met in my oLife.
ordered a month ago, delivered within 5 days, parts were incorrect and could not be put together. raised a case, which was addressed quickly. 3 weeks later, escalated twice, still no updates, still no ETA, still no comms.approx. 1 month since order and still, unable to use what arrived within a week.may amend this review, if and when it's sorted.EDIT: not updating the score from 1 star, appalling service, still no comms - avoid this company
