Surprised on how big it was

For a 6”2 200lbs frame, I was afraid the size would be too small but I fit extremely well in there. Be sure to have a lot of ice trays ready for summer time. You want the water temperature around 50-55 degrees. How long should you stay in to reap the benefits? Well it depends on how cold the water is. Anywhere from 5-15 minutes with water 45-60 degrees.

I love my ice bath

I love my ice bath, I bought it last year and enjoyed it all summer. To be honest it’s a bit annoying to always refill with ice but I’ve got my ice containers ready in my freezer and that does the trick.
