cheaters, i ordered bulbs and 2 plants, for a month they did not deliver and said they are importing the bulbs and then after a a month they said it is under mandatory quarantine till 22nd Nov, and on 21st nov they delivered 2 dead plants. did not deliver the bulbs worth Rs 600 and claimed it was delivered on 21st nov

Late/Short shipment. Bad customer support.

I placed an order on 12-10-2022 (NLV1411531356). The order has not been shipped yet.Placed another order today, 26-10-2022 (NLV1411536328). I am now worried if even this will be shipped in time.Tried contacting their help centre (chat). No response.Order NLV1411531356 is eventually delivered on 31-10-2022, after 19 days of ordering. The packet contains only 9 bulbs (instead of 10).
