Disappointing Experience with Nurserylive – Not Worth ₹2000I recently purchased a product worth ₹2000 from Nurserylive, and I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Not only was my order incomplete (several items were missing), but their customer service is absolutely useless. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I didn’t get any helpful response or resolution to my issue.It’s frustrating to spend money on a product, only to receive something half-heartedly packed and then struggle to get any support. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.Very unhappy with both the product and the service!
Sent damaged product.But not responding to replace.Buying plants in nurserylive.com is equalto throwing money in dustbin.I spent 1500/-for five plants.neither replacing nor returning money.They delivered plants in 13days.that too after 30-30 repeated phone calls only they delivered the product.No plant can survive with 13days delivery period.
Once you have paid, its a black box. no one to talk to, no response. u raise a ticket. when your order arrives, you realize it was a scam, you will get some of the products, and finally, you get 20% of what you paid for, if you are lucky. the plants a poor quality. they jsut dont send you what you ordered for.
Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Buy from Nurserylive!I ordered 10 plants from Nurserylive, and the experience was a complete disaster. Two of the plants arrived dead. One was never delivered at all. The remaining ones were in terrible condition—wilted, unhealthy, and clearly not cared for.I sent them photos as proof, requested a refund for the dead plants, and asked when the missing item would be delivered. They have completely ignored my messages. No response, no resolution, no accountability.This is not just poor service—it’s unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from this website. There are far more reliable and customer-friendly options out there.
I was a customer since 2016. They had good service back then. Even if some plants arrived broken or dead, they used to be replaced or refunded. In my recent experience I received 4 good plants and 4 dead plants. When I mentioned it to their customer care, they agreed to provide a gift card for only 2 of the dead plants. The customer care executive Siddhi Narke claimed to have sent it to my email. When I told her I did not receive it she said it takes 24 hours. I have sent several emails regarding the same but they have not shared any gift card. Their customer service has gotten soo worse and they are sending useless dead plants half the time and promising to reimburse half the dead plants and then going radio silent when we ask them about the gift card. Please buy from other trusted websites with better reviews.
Horrible experience.. order bunch of plants circa 2000rs that never got delivered as the consignment was misplaced by DTDC. After 2 months of follow up with DTDC they managed to locate and send the consignment back to Nursery live.Siddhi from Nursery Live team is not responding to my request if refund after n number of emails. Terrible company.. DO NOT buy from them
I had a terrible experience with this website. They cancelled my order without my permission and never issued a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, no one called me back or even responded properly. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. I trusted this platform, but now I regret ordering from here. Be very careful before making any purchases — customer service is non-existent and they don't seem to care about resolving issues.
