I ordered some joint supplement treats, before 10:30 on Wednesday, their clear advertising says 48 hour delivery, tracked. If ordered before 11 it's dispatched that day!
By Friday evening there was still no notification of the order being dispatched. I have since emailed 3 times, tried their Facebook chat and not had anything but an auto response telling me not to email multiple times! Then Sunday evening the Facebook chat woke up and asked me for the order number. I gave them this and it's been silent again since.
I eventually emailed Monday to say cancel the order and refund me since they clearly haven't even sent th items.
Now at 6:30pm on Monday and email to say they have dispatched it!!! Check Royal Mail, and no tracking info, so have they dispatched it, or just lying again.
If you are after any company with a level of customer support.l. or one who actually deliver as advertised. Avoid these like the plague.
Placed order on 10th February and as of the today 19th February the order has still not be dispatched and I have tried to contact Nutripaw via the form on their website and the email on their website multiple times but have had absolutely no response.
Money was taken from my account straight away and they will not respond to either send the goods or issue a refund. Beware of this company.
We have been using nutripaw all-itch and immunity treats for several months now and have seen a huge difference! The Nutripaw dental products actually work. I used the liquid and powder on alternate weeks. Incredible difference in reduced plaque and healthier gums. Starting seeing the changes after about 3 weeks. Be consistent and patient. Very pleased
I am incredibly upset. After seeing an advertisement on social media for a dental water additive, I decided to order it, but it made my dog very sick with severe diarrhea. I reached out to the support team to ask if such reactions were common since my dog was unwell for a week. I followed their advice and tried half a dose, but my dog became ill again. I didn't think much of it until today when I checked my emails and found they had automatically placed another order for me. I never agreed to recurring orders and was unaware they could do this or store my payment information. I have emailed them tonight requesting an immediate cancellation. Further investigation and reading other reviews revealed that many others have experienced similar issues.
I've reached out multiple times via their email addresses, but I haven't received any replies. They claim to respond within 12 hours, yet after contacting them every day for more than two weeks, I'm still waiting for a response. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get in touch with the service? Any help would be appreciated... :)
The adverts on social media appear to be using AI to create disturbing images of pet owners pouring harmful substances on their dogs, leading to smoke and burns. This is a completely unacceptable and repulsive approach for a company promoting wellness products.
I started giving my two 5-year-old dogs calming and anti-itch treats about a month ago. They are siblings and were not meant to live together at this age. The female, who is lively, came into season shortly after we began the calming treats. The male was on anti-itch treats due to his constant scratching. We decided she would have two of each type, while he would have three anti-itch and two calming treats. Surprisingly, after a couple of days of silliness, everything calmed down! Until we can get her spayed next year, these treats have truly been a lifesaver for both our dogs!
This company employs sneaky tactics. There’s a subscription button that must be disabled before placing an order, but it’s not visible on the basket page. If you forget to turn it off, they’ll send you more items after 30 days that you didn’t order, charging your original payment method. I might have purchased more if I liked the products, but I will never buy from these pushy sellers again. Their marketing strategy has caused a lot of unnecessary trouble. I've reported them for misleading practices and encourage others to do the same. Instead of focusing on selling their products, they are alienating potential repeat customers.
I placed an order and received two items in November, yet I've been charged again for the same products a month later. I didn't authorize any additional items! Why was another order processed without my consent? I reached out to the company via email but have not received any response.
