I applied about volunteering and the manager seemed annoyed i was ex army and went funny when i asked about volunteering he asked about a trainning day which was arranged for this wednesday now i get an email not to come he needs to be more nice to public i would advice anybody to not volunteer at this shop and teach this manager to be more civil to falkirk people
My 3 year old pug got taken in with a upset stomach from eating new treats which happens when she digests something new but my sister panicked and took her to see your incompetent vet in Gateshead.The vet then diagnosed her with pneumonia, which is impossible considering she was sprinting up and down the stairs and jumping around playing with me completely fine and healthy a few days prior.The PDSA murdered her.They also cremated her without permission to hide the evidence of their own incompetence.Evil despicable scum.
While I appreciate they are a charity and find the range of services they have for pets great, they need to be able to monitor support needs so that maximum capacity is not reached which in effect lowers standards of service and services on offer.They need to begin tracking their medication by post and offer ranges of communication methods to suit all customers, and also allow customers to pick up medication at a time that is convenient, without needing to book an appointment.Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a front of house team member today Thursday 24th August 2023, who was quite frankly rude in their communication with a customer of the practice, when all I wanted to do was book an appointment for my sick pet.Their turnaround time for communication is not great, which I gather is due to the amount of clients they take on board, which dampens the level of service they offer and could in effect lose them potentially good customers.
I ordered my usual dog dental powder from PDSA and had terrible issues with DPD trying to get hold of my parcel as they’d dropped it at a shop an hour away from my home and wouldn’t arrange for it to be delivered somewhere closer.I called the PDSA customer service line and the woman I spoke to, Margaret, couldn’t have been more helpful. She told me she would replace my delivery immediately and monitor it personally. I got through to her in under a minute and she was so kind and understanding. I’ll update my review if I have any problems receiving this delivery, but for now I’m just amazed that I got through to a customer service line without holding and spoke to a real person who was very helpful. When does that ever happen?! I can’t recommend the PDSA pet store highly enough, and it’s much more ethical than using that other online shop that I won’t mention by name.
