Review Time
I thought I was buying this product as a one off but have got signed up to a subscription without my agreement and it seems no way to cancel. Poor customer service and no response when asking to cancel. Do not buy from them.
I purchase the first time, but didn't like the mask that much. So I noticed they started to debit my credit card every month without my consent. It is a total scam to get your money.
I have yet to receive this product. I have contacted the seller, received different tracking numbers, most recently one that allegedly ships from China. It has been 3 weeks and no product. I normally don't purchase items from FB without investigation, but did it on a whim. I wish I had followed my first mind. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this company for fraud.
Wish I could give zero stars. All the other reviews on here are perfectly describing my experience— ordered it based on the Instagram ads (only positive about this time + money sucking situation is that I sure hope I’ve learned my lesson in buying random junk from slick IG marketing ?!), it took weeks for it to arrive , which , conveniently , was right before I was charged again for a subscription I had no idea I signed up for. (Though I opened the box, could tell even before I put it on my skin that it was garbage/ non-branded box was highly suspicious as well, and emailed their customer service saying absolutely cancel it if you guys gave me signed up for a subscription—- of course, no response to that until the next day AFTER I received an email “your order is being processed yay!”
Thought it was worth taking the time to add to the many other reports on here because that’s what helped clue me in to the process of calling my cc company to try and stop future charges.

An absolute con - they tricky you into a subscription totally against your will and then make it impossible to cancel.Its also a complete lie - what they promote over social media couldn't be more different from what the reality is. Its a horrible texture, smell and feels cheap and not flaky. Its also branded weirdly and different from what it claims.
Stay away! I like other users was sucked into purchasing the mask thinking that it was a one off purchase.I only realised that I had been signed up to a subscription once my card had been charged. Nowhere on the order confirmation is it clear that a subscription has been purchased. Customer service were unhelpful and I am trying to obtain a refund for the second order. I have reported this company to UK Trading Standards in the hope that they will not be allowed to trade in the UK. I would suggest that others do the same. This is a complete scam - AVOID!
Like the other reviewers I got sucked into their scam subscription after making a one off payment. Thankfully my credit card company has been able to block them from charging my account because it’s impossible to get through to anyone to actually stop it at their end. Avoid at all costs – this is a total scam company.
