I received a graphics card that was defective right out of the box. It's absurdly unprofessional to pay such a high price for a product that doesn't work. I'm thinking about switching brands, as there are enough issues without having to deal with faulty hardware.
This company was built by gamers, and now we feel betrayed by their focus on AI products that nobody asked for. Prices are skyrocketing, making it hard for most to afford. I'm done with this brand and will try to make my current cards last as long as possible.
