I am incredibly disappointed with my purchase as I have received a coat that was faulty, this was a gift for a loved one and unfortunately he has used this coat and due to the stitching fault in the pocket my loved one not only has a faulty piece of clothing/gift but has also lost fifty pounds due to him placing money in said pocket that his money has fell out due to the wrong stitching.I want a full refund as this is unacceptable as not only was this expensive item which I assumed the quality would be to a certain standard, my love one has lost money on top of this faulty item.
Its completely wasting of money I order medium jacket but they sent small size jacket just after i sent email to them I ordered size medium why sent size small they reply it's out of stock now I asked then return lable they said we can't provide return lable u need to post led back with royal mail tracking service with return lable so they will send me size medium back 👎👎👎😡
