I used to order from NVLTY ages ago however, this year hasn’t been the best experience I used to get. I’ve ordered two trousers and both of them come in a different shape and colour which are online. This left me in shock and I don’t think I’ll ever purchase from them again.
STRONGLY advise if you are returning an item keep your tracking number until refund has been received. I sent a parcel back to these guys after contacting them via email for an exchange. Parcel was sent back to what very much seemed like somebody’s home address when i checked on google maps. Item was shown as received when i checked the tracking so i was automatically expecting to receive my refund. Once i realised nothing was paid i contacted them for the refund and they asked for a tracking number but id had thrown it away at this point. They have not responded to any of my emails since. £60 down the drain just like that.
Scam artist. I ordered some items at the beginning of December. The items arrived on time and were really good quality but one item didn’t fit so I sent it back around the 8th of December via recorded delivery at my own expense as they didn’t supply a returns label. Waited for another couple off days to be told that it was out of stock so fair enough, I asked for a refund that was on 17th of December it’s now the 07/01/26 and I still haven’t received my refund of £99 pounds. I have sent numerous emails in regards to this matter and haven’t had a response from them which is really disappointing as they seemed to be a genuine company. Twenty one days and still waiting for my money.
