I would HIGHLY caution U.S.-based customers before purchasing from this company. Although express shipping is advertised, delivery times have consistently taken a week or longer, which does not align with the expectations of an express service. This makes the company unreliable for time-sensitive purchases or important events.I chose to give them another opportunity after a previous issue, but for the second time, my order was placed on hold and not delivered on the promised date. There appears to be no system in place to identify repeat customers or proactively resolve recurring shipping issues. Unfortunately, there was also no effort made to acknowledge or compensate for the poor customer experience. Overall, I am highly disappointed and will not be placing future orders due to the lack of reliability and customer support.
