The worst trip I had ever had in my life. As an international lawyer I had a business trip to Beograd and there were no tickets in Air Serbia, so I have paid 3 tickets from Sofia to Beograd- Milena Marinova ,and2 ladies more. I am totally disappointed from your bulgarian partner- a blond lady. My trip was on 20 of September at 9. This behavior, this treatment. I will never travel with your company. So insulted with the 2 doctors. If possible I would give you -0 star. The driver was lovely.

The whole process of buying a ticket…

The whole process of buying a ticket was very easy and great while purchasing on the go.The only recommendation I have is to put notice that the travel company require to get your ticket printed at the gate before traveling.

No ticket, no money, no feedback.

I tried purchasing a ticket to a turkish bus going from Antalya to Isparta. After payment processing the site gave me an error code. Money are gone, but no ticket info provided on site or via SMS, nothing. Bought the ticket on the same bus with the same seat number directly from the bus company. Sent a request via online form to refund. No answer. Read the FAQ - they claim they refund money for non-issued tickets automatically within few days. I never received it back.UPD: In the end of July a representative called me after reading this review and gave me apologies on behalf of the company and arranged a refund I was expecting.So I'm updating my rating. My wishes to the company to fix such problems in the future. I might try them again later.
