This service didn't work few days ago, and I saw message that I have internet problems, not they me. Why do u say in ur website that ur platform is most reliable? This not true.

I bought a flight ticket from this…

I bought a flight ticket from this company, and at some point I was obliged to cancel my ticket before the flight for reasons related to the world wide effect of the novel Corona Virus. When Obilet cancelled my ticket I got a message on my phone telling me that my flight was cancelled and that Iwould get a specific amount of my money refunded within 5 to 20 working days. Twenty days passed and there was no refund. When I contacted them for answers I was told that I would wait 45 days. I then asked: why was I not informed about this through email, SMS or by phone? And their agent said It was not their job to do that! Then the 45 days passed and I had to contact them again to know what was happening, and I got this cold "wait for your turn,as we are serving 10 other customers at the moment" nonsense. After waiting for some time, someone came in and chat asked how they might help. I said I would like to know why my money was not refunded yet? and I got this answer: we are sorry but we would like to tell you that you will have to wait for TWO MONTHS!At that point, I had come to the conclusion that I was dealing with unmitigated scam, and not a respectable business enterprise.
