I contacted Ocean Bottle to ask how to recycle my Brew Flask after the lid broke when dropped on the ground. As well as sending me recycling instructions, Denis offered to replace the broken lid free of charge (I just had to pay shipping). Therefore, the Brew Flask still had life in it with a new lid! Fantastic communication and customer service, on top of a great company ethos.
I admire and love philosophy of the company and the way they are commited to protect our planet, the oceans, and make a change in the world. I received my 1 litre water bottle as a gift (at my request) but the way it separates causes it to leak. At first I thought it was user error but i have tried it multiple times and I think it is a design fault or I have a defective product. Either way it is an expensive product that I can't use and is not fit for purpose. I have emailed Ocean's customer service team numerous times and never received a response, really disappointing.
High quality bottles, no leaks and easy to clean with the second opening. The bottle comes with an NFC emitter which allows you to track the plastic your bottle helped clean. And each time you refill it you're increasing your impact! Customer service is also amazing. Had an issue with my order which was promptly fixed.
Beautiful botte, arrived quickly and with everything correct. Love that it works perfectly for tea with the removable portion of the lid, unlike other bottles and is dish washable (again unlike competitors). I thought this would mean its worse at keeping liquids warm but it's actually amazing.
Their bottles are amazing. After getting one I immediately had to get another (for size variability and to reduce the amount of items in my cupboards). Being able to have one receptacle that is a perfect water bottle and a perfect coffee holder is amazing. Plus it’s SO well made, has helped me meet my hydration for 16 days straight (a personal best) and it feels good to carry around. The fact that it keeps saving the planet, and they tell you where it’s making a difference is the connection to the process that everyone else is missing. I’m ALL IN!
