I bought the 3 in 1 ocean bottle. Great design ,well made and looks smart along with great ethics with regards to ocean clean up practices...However, the 500ml repeated claim is massively misleading. With the original bottle top, it's already under capacity but if you add the brew lid, it takes over 100ml off of the capacity. This is not stated anywhere in the advertising. If you're looking at this for the extra capacity, don't bother, look somewhere else.Ocean bottle... With regards to your reply, how on earth do you think I found out it was so small?
I love Ocean bottles and flasks. Now have a collection. A bit pricey but worth it. They work so well and keep drinks hot or cold for hours. Any queries/problems are always responded to immediately and replacement parts readily sent out if necessary. Absolutely love the design and functionality. Engraving is a nice touch also.

I placed an order and paid for 2 bottles on February 14th, almost three weeks ago, and have not heard anything since. Their website says 6-7 business days delivery which is not even close to 3 weeks. I either got scammed by Ocean Bottle or these bottles are being shipped from some sweatshop in China hence the long delivery time. If I do not receive my bottles by the end of the working week I will be contacting customer service and request a full refund. Will keep this review updated based on the outcome.
I like the shape and simple effective top and that it is made from stainless steel. It is nice to drink from. It is easy to clean but I can’t remove the coffee stain. I did not like the price. It was too expensive and does not give value for money
I have a few ocean bottle bottles (brew flask & the original bottle) which are great but I wanted to buy one of the larger 1L bottles and that experience has been really not great. The first bottle I got leaked and they replaced one part at a time until I had a whole new bottle which has now started leaking again. I feel like I’m talking to a bot when I try to address it with customer services. There’s clearly some sort of issue with the larger bottle but the whole customer service experience seems like it’s designed to cause max frustration. I don’t understand how one product can be so great and one just does not work at all. I’m not an idiot and I know how to use a water bottle because the other OB bottles I have work fine. I’ve been talking to CS for a full YEAR to try and sort it out and I’m still no closer to having a bottle that doesn’t leak.EDIT 7/4/25: They’ve provided me with a new bottle a month ago which has not leaked. Taking one star off for speed of resolution, but I’m happy with my bottle now at least.
