I was having trouble with my bottle leaking so I went to the website where I discovered I could reach out to someone at the company to describe the problem. Someone got back to me in a few hours and addressed the issue. My bottle is now working great and I’m so impressed by the quick response! It was all about a gasket placement.

I love the bottle, it's exactly what I was looking for. The size, the combination of small and big opening (easy cleaning), the sustainability (was really nicely packaged), the colors.This review I'm writing is additionally because of really nice support (with Denis). I was stupid enough to not clean the gaskets fast and good enough, so there appeared some mold on them (which will happen with any gasket on such a bottle if you leave sugary-water rests in it without proper cleaning - so very much not an Ocean Bottle issue and probably also not that much with plain water). Support was really fast and nice to help me out find a solution for this and I can now use it again without worry (and clean it better).
