I was sold tickets at a specific price, only to be told that I had bought "standby" tickets (whatever that means) and that in order to keep the tickets at that price I would have to move my travels by a month. When I told them I would rather cancel my flight and book through another agency, they told me that as I had already bought the standby tickets (which, according to the email confermation, I had not), I would not be refunded for the original ticket price - even though they were for different dates than the ones that I actually purchased. They charged me an extra $400 to change my flights back to roughly the same dates (I had to change from a Sunday to Sunday trip to a Tuesday to Tuesday trip) as the tickets that were advertised. Absolute scam, will never book with fbc again.
This service is a complete scam. They engage in bait and switch tactics. Do not purchase tickets from them; they will sell tickets and later pressure you for additional payments. We chose not to comply. We will be reporting them to credit card companies and the airlines for their deceptive practices.

Bait and switch scam! I booked a round trip flight through a search engine for $222. Just two hours later, they called to say the discounted price was no longer available. They wanted me to keep the itinerary but pay an extra $500. I refused to pay more than the advertised price. They threatened to cancel my reservation and keep the original payment. I insisted on a full refund and stated I would file complaints with the relevant parties. Do NOT trust this service; they are notorious for bait and switch tactics.
Caution advised!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. This site is a total rip-off, and the agents are very unprofessional. They misled me about my reservation and insisted I pay an extra $500 to process it. I contacted the airline, which confirmed that seats were still available, but the service failed to finalize my booking. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
