I ordered 4 beard oils on 30th January, they all looked good on the website. Unfortunately I can't say if they are any good because they never arrived. I emailed to ask when they would be coming and heard nothing back. Then there was a generic email apologising for the delay, followed by one addressed to me. I emailed again at the end of February asking for a refund but have had no response. I will now have to instigate a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing.
Ordered 4 items on the 29th January 2026. No item was received so I chased this up February 11th 2026. Still no reply. Another email sent February 16th 2026, same again. An email was sent out stating the company had been oversubscribed and all orders were being worked through. Like many others, the owner said to contact them if my order had not yet arrived well over a month after ordering it. I have since sent an email for a refund after a further 2 weeks have gone by since the last promise. Really poor show by the owner. I would respect them more if they had been transparent and honest from the start.
This is the third time ive had to chase up on an order i have placed. Its been over 2 weeks and still no sign of my order even being shipped never mind delivered. There's no way of contacting them to see where your order is up to either which i find very frustrating.
I placed an order about 4/5 weeks ago now. I tried to contact after 2 weeks, NO response. I used to use this company when they first opened, they were great. I've been neglecting my beard, so I thought I'd order a few things. Still not here. 2 weeks after emailing, sending a direct message and commenting on a social media post. I received a generic email sent to everyone detailing how he didn't anticipate his "free balm" offer, which i didn't order, i ordered weeks before this "deal". After looking a reviews and social media, I won't be purchasing from this company again, and recommend no one else does.
Loved the products but service hasn’t improved. Items take ages which isn’t a bad thing for quality but the last straw for me was marking an order as dispatched and then after 2 weeks contacting the store to then have an email update another week later saying that due to demand items are taking longer and will be dispatched shortly. Orders are being marked as dispatched before they are ready which is appalling. This is the 6th week and tracking still says waiting for item so doubtful it’s even on its way and the website and all links have been taken down. Even if a 100% discount is given I will not order again from this store. Returning customer lost.
Products were mediocre and smelled a bit like incense or a candle. Customer care was also very lacking with slow responses and sometimes no response at all. The website was also didn't make it clear about the delay on shipping due to New Years and I was only made aware after the fact. When I requested a refund because of the delay, no response was given.
