Have not received my order and reached out 3 times on their website to ome carparts to help with tracking only reply is they will update me soon. Trying to call to get my money returned and no one ever answers the phone. 917-998-8359
We had a minor setback on the transport of the filters we bought and the response from David & Maria was exceptional. They got it corrected and we were no worse for the wear. I would definitely recommend oemcarpartsus and I will be using them again!
I paid for 2 to 4 day shipping an my items still haven’t been received an I emailed them to figure out y an they said the items were lost even tho when I got the tracking right away it showed ground shipping not express and they said they were going to send me out more an I told them I paid extra because I had to have the filters done before I left and im not at the address they have an I gave them the address where they need to be sent if they were sending more out and I never received anything back from them
