The app has become insufferable, constant advertising, banners, limitations on viewing motion detections, time limitations on watching the live broadcast, etc. Eight cameras have ended up in the trash.
This is the worst company I've ever delt with in 75 years. They are a bait and switch outfit that holds cameras hostage unless you buy expensive services. Initially the app was usable. Over time, the free app has become nothing but adds. You cannot use the cameras. Mine went to trash for a cheaper, better alternative. Crooks
Don’t go near this company. You can not view unless you subscribe.Your plagued with constant adds with delays viewing video footage. They change options and your unable continue with the package you started with. The cameras are tied to the app so your not able to view independently.
This Company is a scam.

-Camera has unbelieve ADs that you cannot escape, and forced to click the link to get out of.
This company needs to be removed from all listing and not sold under google or anyone for that matter.
I actually used to buy their subscription, but now, given the deceptive practices they do, I cancelled a while ago, and slowly moving to other cameras like VICO.

I bought these cameras back in 2021. I bought them because they weren't over priced, they were ad free and subscription free and the picture/video quality was great. I was so impressed that I recommended them to everyone I know who wanted cameras.
Now it tries to force a subscription on you by only letting you live view a few seconds of footage. It has constant pop up ads that can't be skipped or cancelled and it is multiple at a time. I had cameras fitted for a serious serous personal safety risk. Now I am looking to replace my cameras because if someone comes to my home to hurt me I will be dead before the camera even let's me see who is outside. Money grabbing scam. They got far too greedy
Initially acceptable, but it quickly turned into a disappointing experience. Avoid spending any money on this. The service is virtually nonexistent, even for paying subscribers. I paid the full amount expecting to receive what was promised, but they have not responded at all.
It takes an excessive amount of time to get through the new ads, and there's no option to close them. The sheer volume makes it feel like a scam. We purchased three, and now they feel worthless! Initially, the camera was decent for the price ($45 with a free app that had no ads), but now it's practically useless without a subscription due to constant prompts to upgrade. The camera quality isn't good enough to justify paying for a subscription.
The subscription model is questionable, and there’s no human support for inquiries, making this app and cloud storage service feel fraudulent. I opted for the 7-day cloud storage plan, but my videos were only accessible for 2-3 days at most. A complaint submitted on December 24, 2025, promised a response within 2-3 days, but as of January 10, 2026, I still haven’t received any assistance. I ultimately canceled my renewal on the website.
Adverts have been added while trying to view the cameras, making it very difficult to quickly check what’s happening. As of December 2025, they have also restricted the video playback from the SD card without a subscription. None of this was disclosed when I purchased my five cameras. I feel deceived; I recommend avoiding this service.
To access the camera, you're required to watch an advertisement. After viewing the ad, you only get 90 seconds to use the camera before being prompted to watch another ad for an additional 90 seconds. Ads are everywhere, and it feels like all they care about is making money. The camera quality is not even good enough to justify the costs associated with viewing. Unless you're willing to spend a lot of money or deal with ads every time you want to access the camera, you might want to consider other options. There are more affordable cameras available that offer better quality at a lower price. This situation is quite frustrating, and I have little respect for the approach taken by this company.
