I placed my order 12 days before Christmas, and as of December 22, it still hadn't shipped. A reliable website would clearly state if they couldn't fulfill orders by the holiday, but instead, they hide information in their terms and conditions. In response to my complaint, they claimed they source items directly from the band. I recommend going straight to the band's official merchandise site instead of dealing with this poorly managed service that lacks customer focus.

I placed an order for a robe without checking the reviews first, which was my oversight. After reading the reviews, I felt anxious. However, I'm pleased to say that my order from November 29, 2025, arrived on December 19, 2025, just as described. It was delivered via standard mail and is a really nice, thick robe.
I ordered socks and a T-shirt for my husband on November 21 for Christmas, but I still haven't received them and it's unlikely they will arrive in time. I've had to continuously follow up about my order's status. As of December 12, my items were reported to be in New York, while I live in Canada. I'm uncertain if I will ever receive my package. I won't be using this service again.
The quality of the shirts I received is awful. I ordered four, and two were completely different colors than shown on the site, while the others had very poor print quality. Based on the labels, I doubt these are official products; they seem like cheap knock-offs. I have a large collection of band shirts, and I've never encountered anything this subpar.
This was my first order, and I received a sweatshirt that looked entirely different from the online image. The logo was much larger than shown, and the material felt cheap for the price. It also took the full 10 business days to ship. I had to leave this review here because the website wouldn't let me post it there.
I ordered a shirt nearly a month before my granddaughter's birthday, but the day came and went without the shirt arriving. I also didn’t get the promised discount on my first order. I paid $40 for a shirt that still hasn't shown up. They claim it has shipped and cite customs issues, but this feels like a scam. Avoid this website!
This service is incredibly slow! Expect at least 10 business days just for order processing. Then, production takes even longer. I tried to cancel my order after a week due to no updates, but they refused, stating I must receive the item first and then return it. It's absurd that they take over 20 days to fulfill an order, only for the return period to expire. I've still seen no progress on my order. I managed to find a replacement item with quick shipping elsewhere. I've asked for a return shipping label but haven't received anything from their poor customer service. Please check their reviews on other platforms before making the same mistake I did!
