Review Time
Complete rip off. I've worn t-shirts my whole (long) life, always M. Ordered 7 shirts, ALL of them fit like a small. Unwearable. Horrible fit. Poor quality. Just rip off some visuals from the Web, get on Canva and have it printed at a local custom shop. You'll be better off. And if you're from Canada, forget it. You'll get destroyed at the border (2025). I'll have to give those to charity.
I ordered a t-shirt more than two months ago. "Lauren", whom Im sure is a BOT, keeps sending me a tracking number showing its in Germany. I live in New Zealand, (other side of the world). These guys have been terrible and I wish I had read these reviews first. I do not recommend these guys at all!
I ordered a shirt over 3 weeks ago. The shirt still hasn’t come. Given such a long delay, I reached out to customer service and they sent me the tracking number (which I already had) and let me know they don’t really care (mail can be slow). I guess I was expecting actual customer service or empathy.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I've bought enough music tshirts over the years to know to wash them on cold when i first get them and don't tumble dry. Unfortunately this didn't help me with the awful shirt I got from 'Official Band Shirts'. I bought a large which ended up a medium on the width and a small in the length after one careful wash. But they refused to do anything, hiding behind a no returns policy if it's been washed, which is dumb if the product fails despite being washed correctly.UPDATE - IT GOT WORSE: Don't be fooled by the PR stunt below, which seems to be from the same person (bot?) who responds to everyone who contacts them (me included). I pointed out to Lauren that I had followed all care instructions but it shrunk, and I asked them to make it right. Lauren refused, hiding behind the same policy I quoted in my original post. And the next bit is laughable... despite having mainly 1 star reviews for the last few years, they suddenly got two 5 star reviews within an hour of me posting mine. Who do they think they're kidding?
I bought a shirt..then saw some bad reviews and tried to cancel . Well, They got back to me and said i could return it once it arrives. The shirt arrived within maybe 5 days since i purchased it. It looks exactly like the picture. The design isnt a cheap stick on. Its not $60 shirt quality but its def what i wanted. Totally keeping it. Im 6'1 230. bought an XL and its the right size. Ill actually buy from these guys again; They're dope shirts.
Ordered a Tshirt of my wife’s favorite band to give her for Xmas this year. This was a gift I was excited to give. Ordered early November, allowed the 7-10 days to ship before I went to track order. Said processing for 3 weeks. Finally received it. Thought it was good. Wrapped it, wife opens it and initially is excited but then notices after she puts it on that the print is clearly off-centered and so obvious someone didn’t know what they were doing. Wrote “Lauren” at customer service who then just sends me a link to returns and exchanges without any apologies or offfers to just send out a new one like a decent company would. I provided pictures as well, still nothing. Never again @officalbandtshirts.com you’ve lost a customer
These shirts are very low quality. I received one that said it could be dried on low. It came out twisted and crooked and unwearable. I emailed Lauren at customer service who informed me their shirts can NOT be dried. Since it didn’t know that and that’s not what the instructions say I asked for a refund. She refused bc they don’t refund for washed items. I also never received part of my order and I’ve contacted Lauren asking and she will not answer me. She responds but it has nothing to do with where my order is or a tracking number. This place is definitely a scam. These same shirts can be found at other companies including Amazon. Order from one of them.
