I bought a shirt for a Xmas gift on 12/6. It's 12/13 & it has still not shipped. The account shows "awaiting fulfillment". Whatever that means. There is no contact telephone and no way to cancel the order. It was to have been received by 12/11. I think this site is a fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I place an order for Christmas gift and I still waiting for news, try to contact with customer service but a bot answer all the question and I still waiting for confirmation or any news really bad service cause said your order need 3 to 5 day for process and 7 days pass and any news yet, am pretty sure this is a scam
This company deserves a 0 rating but it was not an option. I bought a tshirt that had Bruce Wayne face on a vintage looking political background poster with the words For President on it at the bottom. However, the words For President were missing which loses the whole meaning of the tshirt. I contacted them through email and they told me to send them pics of the shirt showing the missing words. I did that right away but they emailed back saying pics weren't attached. After 3 more emails attaching pics to them, they still were saying no pics received. Come on, on all my sent emails, they show the pics attached. They are just saying this on purpose trying to lay blame on me not attaching the pics. I am well capable of attaching pics in emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
I now have almost 300 rock n roll tshirts as I collect them. I bought a Jimi Hendrix t-shirt from Official Band tshirts and I never received it as they sent it to the wrong address. After proving to Official Band Tshirts that they sent it to the wrong address they decided to quit replying to any msgs at all and before I proved it there customer service people were so rude to me. I bought almost 50 tshirts from these guys in the last year alone and they refuse to replace or refund my 42.95 so they will never get another order from me ever as they are just such a disappointment as a company. Don't buy from these people as they could care less about the customer.
This company has little to no customer service. They don't live up. To their end of the bargain. 12 days later still no package, or refund or anything. Other than automated email responses... Run form this website.. a Total scam.
The shirt was too expensive for what you get. The shirt was a thin piece of crap. Bought an XL that was more like a large. The logo was not across the chest like it should be, it was more around my neck. Last but not least, the logo was thin and poor quality.
