Disappointing Experience with Recent Order

I was aware of the upcoming changes from the company, so I ordered their product as advertised on their website. My receipt confirms this. Instead, I received a different product that does not meet my needs. The first product lasts a month, while the one I received only lasts two weeks. I've been using the original product for years and am familiar with its changes. When I contacted the support team, I was repeatedly informed that the manufacturer had altered the format. However, they advertised the product I ordered, and I paid for it, which means my agreement is with them. It's frustrating to have support merely pointing out the manufacturer's decisions without addressing my issue. After numerous emails highlighting the inaccuracies in their communications and their refusal to send the additional capsules I had paid for, they ceased responding. This feels like a significant disappointment.

Stay away from this service.

Delivery issues with no support.

The test kit arrived but was stolen from my doorstep since it wasn't placed through my letterbox. When I requested a replacement, it was denied because they claimed it was 'delivered.' Customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this service.

Misleading information.

They clearly don't understand their own advertising. They claimed to offer a 'Folate (B12) test,' but Folate is B9 and B12 is a different vitamin altogether. It's awful and misleading.

Incompetent service.

I ordered a product, was initially told it was shipped, but later learned it was out of stock. I requested a refund and ordered from another source without issue. Then they claimed to have found the product and would ship it, despite my request to cancel. I received a shipment confirmation and was told I could return it, but now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it at my own expense due to their errors. Very poor customer service.
