They arranged for special delivery, ensuring I received the shoes two days before the holiday instead of risking standard shipping; although there was an extra cost for this service, it was absolutely worth it as my son was thrilled with the shoes. Their communication was excellent during such a hectic season.

However, after experiencing a parcel theft from outside my door due to the delivery service leaving it unattended (it was a high-value item), I was disappointed. The support team expects you to file a police report before they can assist! Crime reference: 01/8347454/25. I am now requesting a refund!
