Review Time
Ordered a desk from Ok living, they did not tell me when the item would be delivered. They emailed to say the item has been delayed and within 14 hours the item unexpectedly turned up when we were out and Parcelforce took it back to their depot stating I had to collect it from their depot. Contacted Ok-Living to get them to rearrange the delivery and they refused to do anything. No communication whatsoever on delivery. Very poor.
I purchased the toddler floor bed and for the price you can’t beat it. It did take a few extra days to arrive, however, we did email the company about when it would eventually arrive. They promptly replied that it should arrive within the week, and it did. The assembly was super quick too, so no complaints from us here. Would definitely purchase from here again.
The wardrobe arrived two boxes on the thurs and a further two the following Tues. no idea why. Upon unboxing we realised nothing was numbered and the instructions are very unclear. Hired a pro to come and assemble and they gave up after an hour of attempting it. Absolutely ridiculous.
