Brilliant customer service

The item was delivered on time but the mirror was on the right-hand side of the unit not on the left-hand side as advertised on the website. The help desk emailed me a returns label and a full refund was issued within 24 hours. Disappointed as the unit was very well made and a perfect fit for my room, if only the mirror had been on the left-hand side!

Hi would like to say we loved the site…

Hi would like to say we loved the site that we looked at for our sink, and did an order. But after our order we wanted to track it and unfortunately it kept coming back it did not recognise it. So I emailed them to ask them to look into it. They did say it was there and would let me know an update .On mon 7th of April I did have message to say it would be dilelivered Tue the 8thApril Then during the early hours Tuesday to Wednesday we got a message to say there was a delay and they would be intouch in 48 hours to let us Whow what was happening. But on Tuesday 8th April Parcel Forcel Delivered our order.Up to now we have not had any more from OK kLiving.

Dressing table is ok

Bought the dressing table for my daughter and she really likes it. The box in which the parts came was opened and re-sealed. The shelves overlapped the mirror and therefore required a DIY fix to secure it properly and for safety. As a result, the lights are not fully aligned. The stool is a lovely accessory. Not convinced that it was value for the money spent.

Not the greatest quality .

The washing machine cabinet I bought certainly isn’t the best you can buy and a bit flimsy, however, was just what I was looking for and first class service and communication from company. Would definitely use again.

Very happy with these cabinets

Very happy with the cabinets. Good communication re delivery dates.Very impressed with the protective packaging and they are the best self assembly cabinets I have had, very easy to assemble, great quality and look good!
