Worst experience for years

Worst experience for years, sink stuck in customs (no idea it was overseas) poor comms, DHL a joke, not delivered yet, ordered weeks ago. Rubbish.

Free delivery and free returns. Good, solid furniture.

They kept me informed at all times. Good, solid furniture. Good quality. The free delivery and free returns option are the best. Unlike other suppliers, returns are easy and you don't end up with lots of extra charges when you change your mind. Thank you, great experience. I will be buying again soon the furniture for the other bathrooms.

The service is inefficient

The service is poor. I ordered a laundry basket on 26th Dec. The order did not go through as I received no confirmation. I reordered and then both confirmations came through. I immediately contacted OK Living to cancel one order. First email said no order could be seen and then a second said they could not cancel the order and refuse one delivery. I heard nothing from the company until 6th January to be told both were delayed. I wait now for an update

Absolutely worthless product

Absolutely worthless product. I opened only two out of three boxes and most parts are all defective and damaged. Will return them back tomorrow after making a call. It’s nothing like what they show on their advertisements. Very disappointed and angry.

Item arrived damaged to multiple parts

Item arrived damaged to multiple parts. I’ve had to try and find a printer in order to send the item back and repack the item for collection. Basically spending time and effort through no fault of my own in order to return the item.

No labels on parts

The item itself is great but nothing is labelled spent almost 3-4 hour trying to figure out what piece is what, the instructions were not clear. What should have taken 2 hours maximum took us almost 6-7 hours. There were some holes that were not even present we had to make the holes.

Shocking customer services

Probably the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced. I’m on email number 43 now to try and get a refund on items that were sent incorrectly. And email 9 trying to get their Vat number to claim Vat back through my business. The products we bought were very cheap and we found out why. Quality is terrible.
