I hired three times with them and every time it was good. Very friendly staff, great car, good prices. Would have given 5 stars had they not charged a late return fee even though it was a mistake in the booking process. We even called in advance to inform that it will be later but they still charged extra.

Easy to book. Clear website. All the prices are crystal clear. It was easy to enter my passport and driving licence details. All in all an easy process with no problems at all.
Car was old! Battery died on a Sunday. I called them and after several reps, I told them what they issue is. They send a tow truck but the driver told me that he had NO battery with so I canceled him. On Monday after 4 more service members they finally send me a NEW batter which I had to pay out of pocket $200. They told me they will refund me. When I returned the car at Athens airport, they said I have to email the main company in SPAIN and they will give me the money. As soon as I got back to the states I emailed them. AFter 2 reps and 2 weeks, they both said the refund has been approved. It has been a month and STILL NO MONEY in my bank. They keep saying that because they approved it, there's nothing they can no anymore. BUT O HAVE NO MONEY!!
This was a very bad and stressful experience. I was asked to insert my credit card only for a guarantee deposit, which I was clearly told would not be debited and would be refunded. In reality, €710 was charged as an insurance fee that I never accepted. I was also asked to sign on an external signature screen without being shown the full contract, while the real document stayed on the agent’s system and only selected information was visible. I trusted the process, but this lack of transparency led to an unfair charge. I strongly recommend not trusting this signing process. Despite providing explanations and evidence, the issue is still unresolved and I am waiting for a a refund !!
The initial vehicle I reserved from the service at the airport had a significant issue with acceleration. I had booked it for two days, leaving me little time to find an alternative, and they informed me that no other options were available. It took nearly an hour to finalize the contract as the representative insisted that the full insurance I had already paid was insufficient because my booking was through another platform, pressuring me to pay for additional coverage. On my second reservation, I was given a sedan instead of the SUV I had requested, claiming it was the only car available. I explained that the sedan was unsuitable for my needs due to difficulties in loading and unloading a wheelchair, yet they again insisted there were no other vehicles despite my advance booking. I will definitely not consider this service again, nor will I book through that platform.
One star is too generous. I booked a 6-seater to travel to the mountains from a major airport, only to be informed after waiting for half an hour that no 6-seater was available (or I could wait 6 hours for one to return). In the parking lot, I could see multiple 6+ seaters, but I was told, word for word, that none of them were ‘working’. The service was absolutely dreadful, and the overall experience was even worse. It’s hard to believe how some companies operate. I will definitely not use this service again and would strongly advise against it if you're in need of larger vehicles, as they clearly lack sufficient inventory.
