I had it lab tested also when I contacted them they initially apologized and said they could not reimburse me for 1200.00 total but would reimburse me for half if I purchase more then they ghosted me. I have left multiple messages and called them with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They never sent my order

I placed order and the payment went through, but they never confirmed the shipment, nor did they send me a tracking number. I tried every way possible to get in touch with them, but they don't respond. They took the money, and that was it.

I have to say, I only ordered once from this site – and honestly, it worked out better than expected. The package arrived even faster than promised, which really surprised me. I get that some people might have had bad experiences, but from my side, everything went smoothly. I was happy with the service and just wanted to say thanks.
