Great customer service! Received a beautiful item from Olivia Burton but the box was slightly dented. I wouldn’t normally bother but this item is a gift for a well loved colleague and a pretty item should have a pretty box :) emailed customer service and they replied within 24hrs offering a new box free of charge via tracked delivery. Arrived in perfect condition. Things happen with online retail but it’s how it’s dealt with that matters and I am v happy!! Special thanks to Libby who took the time to respond so quickly and resolve this for me. Would recommend Olivia Burton as I love their jewellery however now I shall spread the word of excellent customer service also! Many thanks :)
