I purchased an adorable bunny watch from a jeweler about 6 years ago. One by one, the hour markers fell off and now float loosely around the watch face. The gold-colored mesh bracelet tarnished badly as well. I’m really disappointed because I loved this watch when I first bought it.
I received a £150 watch that was not functioning. The website suggested trying a new battery, which I did, and it worked, but the battery cost £33. The company refuses to take any responsibility, and now my warranty is void because I replaced the battery.
I absolutely love these watches! I now own three and cherish each one. I just received my third watch, and it’s beautiful. It was delivered overnight, just in time for Christmas Eve. Thank you to the team for fantastic watches and great service!
I placed an order for earrings and received an email confirming that it would be dispatched within 1-3 days. Two weeks later, I contacted customer service only to find out that they canceled the order for 'technical reasons.' No refund has been issued.
My order never arrived, and I received very little help from customer service. A replacement isn’t possible since the item is out of stock, and they will not issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to choose another item of the same value, but I’m not interested in anything else and doubt it would arrive anyway. I requested a refund again, but it was refused.
AVOID THIS RETAILER! This is a terrible online store with subpar jewelry. Items I returned have been received, but I have not received a refund despite assurances. I was just passed around departments, and there is no customer service hotline, which raises serious concerns. I wish I had read reviews like this before wasting my money and time. BE WARNED!
The returns service and customer service are very poor. I returned an item confirmed received on September 11, but I still haven’t received my refund. I just keep being told it has been passed to another team. This is very disappointing, and I cannot recommend them.
