I just received the food and the entire ordering and delivery process was seamless. I can't wait to see how my little 3lb. Toy Poodle puppy, Olive likes it. I love the entire Ollie platform, website, communication, app...etc. The directions, food container and treat "game" are such a wonderful added touch. Ollie truly cares. Stay tuned....
The customer service employees at Ollie are great. Any questions I've had or concerns are always resolved immediately. My 15 year old pup loves the food and she is such a picky eater. She's blind, only 8 and a half lbs. but once she the smells her Ollie, she eats like a champ! She likes the fresh food and her favorite is Pork and Apple. Who knew? Thanks Ollie!Sandy H
We love Ollie. Both of our dogs enjoy the food. One of our dogs needed to lose 15 pounds and he’s lost 10 pounds without being hungry. Our German Shepherd puppy is growing and the food is healthy and satisfying. Also, the customer service is great. The two times I’ve called they have been very helpful.
