Let me start by saying how impressed I was with the packaging of my order. It arrived in perfect condition right when they said it would. Each individual package of food was well sealed and frozen solid. I ordered Ollie for our very old, very picky chihuahua boy, but unfortunately he didn’t care for it. Ollie was so wonderful and told me I could donate the rest to our local shelter and get a refund. What an amazing company to have such a compassionate policy. Every person I spoke with was genuinely friendly and very helpful. It could not have gone more smoothly or been easier. Give Ollie a try. And if you get a chance to talk to any of their people, be prepared to speak with some of the nicest people around!!
Since adopting my little shih-tzu puppy Gracie-Mae in August, I've fed her Ollie pretty exclusively. Any time I've had a question about my order I was able to get wonderful customer service with quick resolution. Today was no different with Jacqui quickly resolving my questions.
I love that our 4 year old cockapoo, who never seems to like any “dog food” loves Ollie food:)! I love that we can see on the app and via text/email communication the next box dates and contents. I also love that we can order treats with his food in each box:)! Thank you Ollie team!!
My Mr. Wilson loves Ollie Dog food - he’s been on Ollie now for almost a year. I’ve seen positive changes in him with his gut health, bowel movements, energy and all around health. Mr. Wilson also takes Ollie supplements - probiotics and skin & coat chews daily. I love the packaging it’s easy to open & get out plus it comes with a silicone container & scoop to keep the food in for the fridge or traveling. Mr. Wilson is a Service Dog and it’s been easy to travel with Ollie even to Hawaii. It’s well worth the money to keep him healthy & happy. We’re very happy with Ollie - the food, supplements and the app is very easy to use.
