My girl Reagan loves Ollie food. We feed her half kibble and half Ollie’s and she can’t wait to eat!We were out the other day and when she ran to her bowl she looked up at us like “ Where is the good stuff”. We laughed and told her it would be back soon. She is now a happy camper!
My dog loves Ollie, has lost weight and become more active since the switch. The customer service is great. I received an email with a 50% off coupon.The insistance that the order be placed on the app was huge. Download the app, log in, place order.Here's the rub. The BIG downfall is the inability to see how much you're being charged, if the discount was appiled (it was not), either on the app or website. That's a BIG failure.
Incredible! Due to a problem with payment, Winnie’s food had not shipped. I was worried because we opened the last pack of food this morning. She eats 1/4 in the morning and 1/4 at night with her kibble. With the holiday weekend coming up, we faced our pup not having her favorite food until Tuesday perhaps. OLLIE TO THE RESCUE! Her food was shipped & received ON THE SAME DAY? Who does that? OLLIE DOES
I felt like I won the Dog Lottery! I loved the whole experience. The outside of the box was so cute, and I read all the words and took pictures. The inside of the box was layered and separated well from the bowls, ice, and food. The booklet was so easy to read, and it was well organized in thought and meaning. The best part was when I opened the dog food, JED was watering at the mouth because he could smell the food. Thank you for a great first box!
