I hoped this coverlet/quilt would meet my needs (I have very "sheddy" dogs), and it has truly surpassed my expectations. The fabric is beautifully woven and well made, allowing pet hairs to easily wipe off the surface without getting stuck in the fibers. The ordering process was straightforward, with regular updates throughout, including shipping notifications. I would definitely consider ordering from this seller again!

The shipping service was the worst I've ever experienced, taking 3 weeks to arrive, and the shipping company claimed they couldn't find the address, which was incredibly frustrating. I bought a duvet cover for my bed, which they claimed was great for pets. The cover wrinkles and stains easily. After my dog used it once, it was all wrinkled and even a small drop of water was noticeable. The return policy only allows returns if unused. I can't recommend this company.
In Germany and the European Union, there is an unconditional right of withdrawal, which the company seems to undermine. I attempted to return an item and have been waiting weeks for my refund, which has not been processed. Additionally, the quality is lacking. Consider carefully before ordering from here.
