Not suitable for acne-prone skin

If you have acne-prone skin, avoid using the hydragel mask that comes with the LED device. After one use, I developed six pimples the next day. The ingredients are comedogenic, and I found no warnings about this. The aftermath of these breakouts has been quite challenging to heal.

Extremely dissatisfied

I'm extremely dissatisfied. The device I received was non-functional, and when I requested a refund, I was informed of a £14 deduction because it was an LED device. I received a faulty product, and now I'm facing additional charges. I might need to initiate a chargeback.

Completely unusable

The men's mask is completely unusable. It's heavy and uncomfortable, with a strong odor that hasn't dissipated despite following cleaning instructions. The light is blinding even with my eyes closed in a well-lit space. It's truly unusable, and they also charge a restock fee that isn't clearly stated on their site.

Poor customer service experience

As many others have mentioned, the customer service is lacking. They sent items I didn't order and refuse to issue refunds. They seem to aim to wear you down during the return process. I wouldn't recommend them.

Great concept, but execution falls short

I think the concept is great, but in practice, the mask is too wet and slippery, and it tore when I tried to hold it. I've used two out of the three I ordered and will attempt to use the last one, but I won't be purchasing more.

Mixed results so far

I'm not seeing much of a difference yet. I've been using it for almost 30 days, 3 to 5 times a week for 10 minutes each session, but I did miss one week while traveling. Should I be increasing the duration of use?
