I am Yatin. I bought two OneAssist Plans one for first year and the second one for extended year. When I registered a claim for broken screen. First, they just said that I do not have any plan, took a week or two, than they rejected claim by giving reason that phone slipped from hand, which is not an accidental damage. This is how they cheat. I lost my money totally, and wasted time which is even worse. Such an answer feels really like a slap on our face after spending about 10% of the phone value for insurance.
I bought an extended warranty for my BaAt headphones and everytime I tried to activate the link,it was showing invalid. There is no option on the app to connect with customer care as well. But later,after complaining about it on Google play app store, I was connected to Hetal who helped me in resolving the issue. I give 5 star rating for her service only. Hope the complaint redressal for warranty claim is smooth as well

We faced the issue for the TV after that we reached one assist for the support. Initially we talked with one customer support executive (i didn't remember his name) we didn't get any proper response from him. Again we raised a another complaint for the same issue. One assit team support executive (Ayusha ) helped me a lot to resolve the issue. Thanks for your support 🙏
