I’ve a mobile insurance by one assist and I’m gald that during this lockdown I’m able to use my mobile again they’ve taken a 2 days more to repair but finally I’m able to use my handset during lockdown and they’ve pick up and deliver by their own.Thank you one assist ??
OneAssist is cheating the people whoever is taking the services.I have taken the services on 2015 and they clearly mentioned that for renewal they will send the email or call the customer. but this year i realized that without intimating the customer simply they r deducting the amount and that is 1899/-. When i checked with the customer support, they doesn't have answer for this query.Without informing a customer deducting on every year is a crime and its illegal. i am planing to file a case in consumer court. I bought Redmi Note 6 Pro with MI protection plan supported by Oneassist on 10th Feb and cell was gifted to me by my Brother in law It was a Display damage protection plan worth Rs. 999. On 24th July i was traveling in train my phone slipped from my hand & got damaged, Immediately 2nd day i called one assist they told me to claim the product.From 25th July till they were just giving me a feedback that within 48 hrs the claim will be in process, on 31st the lady Monica called me and said insurance company has rejected your claim due to gifted mobile...... Faltu & fraud Company.......
Dear prey customers! My prayers to you please don’t get dumped this is a well organised organisation of looters. It is never a hassle free experience nor 24/7 service. They are so organised that they will never share their next level email address. I went through the ratings of other fellow friends but now some where I have a feeling whether they are their paid intimates. It is a small amount to get secured but this small amount from each of us..... a drop of water is worth.I am not really surprised to hear their questions, it was more of an investigation to avoid ones claim to be processed. They will argue to be right. My experience: after updating multiple times all fields in the app, the reference will be last date and time. In short after my failure of there assistance, I gave my mobile to an authorised service centre where they guided me to to submit the invoice with the parts for the claim but unfortunately one assist doesn’t accept. If someone is looking for insuring their devices , never ever think about OneAssist . These people make false promises giving false information . I had bought an insurance for my phone and after 10 months when it got damaged then these people denied to process my request - telling that its my fault. Rather they had made a delay in processing my request and later after 22 days they come up telling its customer’s fault . So if you dont want to waste your money then never ever go for their insurance .
