I purchased an extend warranty plan for my Voltas Window AC from oneassist. Unfortunately last week my cooling coil failed to work. Oneassist team took it out for replacement. But I am surprised to see that they brought they same cooling coil get it repaired from some shop of Jhilmil industrial area. When I said, as per warranty terms, New voltas genuine parts to be replaced, they say, it's our genuine part manufactured at Jhilmil industrial area shop, we never say genuine parts from Original AC manufacturer. I feel cheated in this situation.If oneassist top management can see this grievance kindly take it up promptly. This is a fraud company, the rejected my insurance claim on the basis of “you are not sure what caused the internal crack on MacBook screen”. These people are disgusting money sucking pathetic people. Never ever take their insurance. Even after confirming from Apple service that internal impact happened while closing the laptop; they wanted me to be sure exactly why it happened. Obviously I had no idea that lieing was the way to go about it. Take Apple insurance much much better.

We never had to call anyone for an update and her followup of each step was perfect, despite the shortage of spare part, it was done at the earliest. Could never have expected better. I had a very bad experience. First of all Oneassist is not a insurance company. They are just a mediator. When a crisis comes, they are not assisting, instead they are troubling asking so many documents which was not known or aggreged. Either Onassist or the insurance company trying their level best reject the claim. In my case I gave almost all the documents what they demanded. But they asked me to get some consent document from the bank, which is not under my control. Simply they rejected. They did not help me neither way to get the money. I lost the money. What is the point in paying premium to Oneassist. So, I would recommend the public to stay away with Oneassist.
