I took OneAssist plan at the time of purchase of my iPhone13 device. My device got damaged within a month after purchase. I lodged a claim through OneAssist App and due to non submission of documents on time my claim for closed. It was very disappointing and after trying everywhere i got contact details of Mr Abhishek ji from Sales Team of OneAssit and Mr Selvin ji from escalation team who took up the issue to its logical end. My claim was reactivated and my damaged device was collected from my home for repair. I am very thankful to both of them and OneAssist for considering my request as a special case and helped me get the benefits of OneAssit plan.
Finally got my device repaired and delivered. It took me 20 days from initial pickup to final delivery but I'll admit delay wasn't completely due to oneassist but because parts weren't available at Apple. Once I escalated the issue, Hetal was really helpful in taking regular follow-ups and worked closely on the issue.
A wonderful experience with one of your executive name Mr.Selvin who support in even when i had raised a request for cancellation. He supported me with all his best efforts and a person like Selvin is their is service industry survives only this is reason.
