Promoting genuine LEGO sets, adverts show people assembling genuine, authentic sets BUT when you receive the order it’s a complete letdown: boxes aren’t as advertised & the contents are poorly made. No instructions so it like creating a puzzle without a picture. Really frustrating. The customer support is nonexistent & email are ignored.

Ordered my items and was awaiting them. So I reached out to determine when they would be shipped, or I would receive them.And was told that they were delivered on january sixth. Unfortunately, I ordered the items on January 5th and the tracking information that they gave me was not the same that was listed with paypal. The one they sent me as my proof lead to a broken link that showed no information. Absolutely, disappointed and have reached out yet again. For them to provide more information, even though I know I never got these items and the fact that they say they we're delivered the day after I ordered the tells me pretty much all I need to know. I would not purchase anything again from them. And based on other reviews, I probably would have been disappointed with the items Anyway
It Took about 15 days till my order arrived from China to germany i wasnt Sure about the site bcs of the many reviews that say its a scam but i risked it and i got what i ordered a cuddly big blanket and 2 tumblers i saw on instagram everything from stranger things And i am very happy about it
I ordered two holiday sweaters. One came absolutely horrible and did not look like what they had advertised at all. I sent them a picture of the sweater I received and they replied asking for a picture of the sweater! What picture do you think I just sent you?
Honestly I was sceptical - it was a rando site advertised on instagram. But my goods arrived as described, within a decent delivery period and as described. I bought two 'Muppet Christmas Carol' windcheaters and a hoodie. All are great.
Ordered a ‘washed’ T-shirt with a band logo.photo looked high quality. Unfortunately when it arrived it was very cheaply made and the logo nothing like the advertised one. Was offered 20% refund. Not worth the effort. Please do not use this site.
