The bodice and jacket were definitely better quality than I was expecting, both a good thickness and made well-the gloves as well. I have not tried the boot covers as I already had boots that worked for her that I like, but they are also good quality in build.The bodice itself I plan to take in an inch or two as its a little loose, but I believe this is likely because I am smaller chested. I also plan to exchange the elasric lacing for different lacing.Overall, I am satisfied.
I tried to purchase a costume and when I put my credit card information in it said the card was declined. I tried a different card but got the same message. I sent the company a Facebook message and they responded saying I needed to use PayPal. However, PayPal was never an option, only credit cards. By this time I felt something was off so we decided against buying from this company. This was on a Saturday. My husband woke up Monday with an email from the bank fraud department saying someone had spent (approx.) $1,600 at several different websites. Later Monday evening, I get a text from the other card's fraud department where someone had tried to spend (approx) $240. This is the only place where both cards were used.
My credit card information was stolen! When I tried to buy a costume through their website, I got a message that my card was declined. The next morning, I woke up to texts from my bank stating my card had been used several times at Ali Express website and an out of state Walmart. I emailed the company twice and never received a response.
I made this order 1.5 months ago. I’ve emailed the company several times. I told them, a week after making the order, that I needed this for an event in Oct 15th. My order was standard sizes with no modifications. 1.5 weeks before my event I emailed again. The company said my order was only half way complete and would probably not be ready on the 15th… even though I had been in communication with them about this. I asked for them to cancel and refund my order if it wasn’t going to be ready for the only event I needed it for. No response. Instead they waited another day and shipped half my order (refunded for the other half). I emailed again and said that I had requested an entire refund and cancellation since I would not have my order for the event I needed it for. No response. Now it is the day of the event, and I have nothing…except a hole in my bank account. The part they did ship won’t even arrive until tomorrow.
Such an unreliable business. I had ordered Daenerys Boots on the 21st September and the website stated it will take 3-7 days to create, and paid for rush shipping to make sure the boots would arrive by Halloween. After 2 weeks, I emailed them asking for a tracking number. Lisa - the customer service rep - said that it’ll take 1-2 weeks from ordering to make the boots. It had been 2 weeks, so I replied as so. They said “item CAN arrive by the 29th Oct” which is when I needed the boots by.Now almost 4 weeks later, I emailed them again - for them to say it’ll be done by the 23rd and shipped out prior to Halloween. I’ve let them know I really don’t appreciate the false advertising their website stated, that the boots would be done by “3-7 days” - then “1-2 weeks”. I received an email this morning stating they cannot create it due to crafting and supply issues - and the item will be delivered AFTER Halloween. I’ve since asked for a refund, hopefully they will fulfil it otherwise I’ll put a dispute through PayPal. Do NOT use this business, they’re unreliable and have very poor communication with false advertising on their website.
Not trustworthy! I ordered my costume Sept. 12 ahead of the "last day" for Halloween delivery. I reached out yesterday to get an update and found out I will not receive my order by Halloween. Had I not reached out, I guess I would have never known. Now I'm fighting the procrastinators for a good costume. They are not transparent about the turnaround and have no concern about getting costumes to you on time. This is the second Chinese based costume company to do this. AVOID THEM!
It has been 18 days since my order. I haven’t received an email or anything saying where my suit is at. Tracking my package on (Shop) they say they don’t even have a tracking code yet. I’ve emailed them and I haven’t heard anything. So if I could rate lower than 1star I would, thank you and never again
